And
we thank the Reverend Gelsey |

THE
BIG STEP: September 2002 to Present Continuing activities include participating in the Big Sweep, Habitat for Humanity, Martin Luther King Day Celebration, and Human Rights Day. During Rudi Gelsey's interim ministry we organized a Peace March and formed a meditation group that continues to meet weekly. A Grief Support Group is now part of our UCF community outreach. Individual members and friends participate in a host of community service positions. In May 2003 the congregation unanimously called the Reverend Sally B. White to be our first full time minister. Sally began her ministry with the Fellowship in August 2003. The number of worship services gradually increased after 1993 and there are now services, children's religious education and professional child care each Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in our building on Evans Street. The
Unitarian Coastal Fellowship continues to care deeply about the
members and friends of the congregation as well as environmental
and social concerns of the larger community. We are a vibrant and
liberal faith community and welcome all who wish to join us. |
